How do I get started using RefSelect?

Complete and submit the customer information on our Contact Us page and a RefSelect representative will contact you to get started!

Does my Organization have to provide a website or server?

No, all web hosting is provided by RefSelect so we take care of the technical issues of the website. In addition, there is no software to download!

How soon after signing up for the 30-day free trial can we start using RefSelect?

Once the RefSelect technicians have your data, it’s their goal to have your site up and running with full assignment functionality the very next day!

How much do you charge for technical support?

Our subscription includes free technical support for the assignor(s).

RefSelect also includes a comprehensive online tutorial for referees, however, the tool is pretty intuitive. Generally speaking, the only support required by referees is related to access, and this is controlled by the assignor.

How many referees will RefSelect support?

RefSelect is designed with the small to medium association in mind, however, it has the technical capabilities to support virtually an unlimited number of referees, teams, games, and fields!
