As assignments are offered, RefSelect automatically generates and forwards an email to each referee with complete assignment information. Upon confirmation by the referee, the RefSelect database is updated and, because the assignment data is shared among the users, the assignor knows immediately when referees have accepted and confirmed their assignments.
